Hi beautiful souls,
A common question that I am asked, is “How can I be a morning person?”.
I often share my morning routine with you on my instagram and YouTube channel, as I believe in the importance of beginning the day in an intentional way, and that how we start the day sets the tone for the rest of our day.
In this video, I am sharing with you some ways in which you can start the day feeling good and on a more positive note.
Something else I also believe in, is that there is no one-perfect-morning-routine that works for everyone. You don’t have to follow any rules. The point of a morning routine is to feel good, not feeling stressed or anxious that you haven’t done something that someone else does.
If you enjoy sleeping in, by all means do it if it works well in your lifestyle. This video is truly about some simple tips that can help you start the day feeling relaxed and optimising your energy, no matter when you wake up. If you do need for rise early for work, school or other commitments, this video is definitely for you too.
