Of course, part of creating a thriving morning routine means waking up feeling refreshed too, and this begins with getting enough adequate sleep for your body.
This is why it’s so important to create some sort of routine in the evenings, that allows you to destress, calm down and relax before sleeping. Not only does it promote better quality sleep, but also gives you inner peace, and you allow your subconscious mind to work with positive thoughts that will shape your reality.
