When we travel, sometimes it can be easy to forget to practise self-care, especially when we get really excited about a place and explore all day. I have experienced this many times before, and while travelling can be really fun, not prioritising my self-care has definitely taken a toll on my physical and mental health.
In this video, I share with you some rituals I’ve learned to incorporate more while travelling, so not only can I have fun, but also stay physically, mentally and spiritually healthy so that I enjoy my travel adventures as much as possible. Even if you’re not travelling, these are some ideas you can bring into your every day life to fill your own cup. The more you take care of yourself, the more you have to offer to the world.
